Entire world has a visual glitch on superflat if render distance is higher than 3

Whenever I go onto my superflat world on 15w34d and the preset is on overworld and my render distance is over 3 chunks, the world does a visual glitch where all blocks and chunks have really weird spasms.

How to:
1 - Create a superflat world
2 - Change the presets to overworld
3 - put your render distance over 3?
