Map cursor not show on filled_map

What I expected to happen was that the cursor would be seen on filled_map

What actually happened was that the cursor didn't appear. and try move around it not show whole map

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /give @p filled_map
2. then cursor didn't appear.
3. then i try walk around it should show more of the map but it didnt
