Command block sometimes not showing previous output

Title explains. In the previous versions, it is showing the previous output. Maybe it is not showing up because the block state triggered is removed.

What I expect to happen:
It will show up the previous output.

What happened:
It doesn't.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a world with cheats enabled.
2. Type /give @p command_block.
3. Enter any command into the command block.
4. Power it with any redstone.
