Can't summon DragonFireball or SmallFireball though commands.

When I type /summon DragonFireball ~ ~ ~

{direction:[]}

, it says "Unable to summon object". Same goes for SmallFireball. I think accroding to MC-85937 and MC-86034 that SmallFireball and DragonFireball share the same ID. (Also probobly explaining why dispeners shoot "Dragon Fire Charges").
