unable to log in gets stuck on loading terrain screen

I get to the splash screen but when selecting world gets stuck on the loading terrain and unable to turn off or close window have to use task manager to turn off. then goes to profile screen

did have crash earlier but able to get back on by closing minecraft and going back on, but now not even that is working

its not even giving me a crash report. it think bothi ssues are related which is why both issues are included in the issue report.
