Wooden Slab Pick-Block bug

When you use the pick-block button on a wooden slab, an error skin appears.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the wooden slab icon to appear

What actually happened was...:
The error skin appeared in the taskbar and as you can see in the image, we are holding the error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a wooden slab, doesn't matter where.
2. Press whatever key you have set for pick-block, (Mine was the "P" key).
3. And walla! error skin.
