Horse duplication resulting in corrupted parts of the world

My horse is duplicating, and then the duplicates disappear leaving corrupt parts of the world where the duplicate horse's entity box was. I cannot place or break blocks in that area, as if the horse is still there. I cannot ride the 'invisible' horse nor kill it.
