Shields, when combined with banners, look messed up.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the banner to be completely copied onto the shield.

What actually happened was...:
The banner was partually on the shield but only a couple of pixels.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a banner with something on it.
2. Combine it with a shield
