Ender portal Dupe Block Glitch

Enderdragon dropped a dragon egg and the dragon egg teleported to the side of the pillar where the egg spawn and it dropped into the end portal that leads back to the overworld
Egg would be at the spawn

Dragon egg Did transport to the overworld but somehow i found another dragon egg inside my inventory

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Destroy egg by methods of falling 1 block onto a torch or using piston
2. Drop the egg into the end portal that leads to the overworld
3. Overworld would have the dragon egg that fell into the end portal and another dragon egg would be found near the dragon egg but broken into a pickup
4. Destroy the egg that is inside the overworld and u get 2 dragon eggs
*Works with sand so should be all blocks that fall
