Double clicking item stacks to collect items from across the inventory doesn't work in creative survival inventory

It works in the hotbar there and it works everywhere in the regular survival inventory.

To reproduce, split a stack of 64 grass into two stacks of 32, both in your main inventory, outside the hotbar. Switch to creative, double click one of the item stacks. Note how the stacks don't combine. Switch to survival and do the same, it works there.
