Bad animation blocks and tools in the first person

What I expected to happen was...:
pickaxe and the blocks should have the animation to version 1.7.10

What actually happened was...:
Tools go down behind the screen, when the durability of the pickaxe or the number of blocks decreases, then reappears on the screen.
To slow can be easily seen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. take a pickaxe with creativity then go to survival.
2. Find a stone and break it.
And you'll notice that when the point strength decreased animation is different.
