Zombies don't try to follow and attack players when players are in water

When a player is in water(or swimming), zombies on land will not follow. Once player gets out of the water then zombies come, and if player jumps into water immediately zombies stop following. Also zombies look like they are unlikely to jump in water when they are on fire under sunlight
