Bug with shield

Hello!

I want to show such a thing with shields. Why when we hang a banner on the shield is why it is bad displays. I think that not enough pixels.

My solution:
1 - how to increase shields.
2 - Remove the ability to put banners on shields and make the settings directly on the shield.
