item frame with clock disappears

i was in survival then switched to spectator mode and back and then clock with item frame disappears

Steps to Reproduce:
1.be in survival
2.go to spectator and back twice
3.go to spectator and do /kill
4.then look for your clock in item frame and it is gone(maybe)
