Summoning a projectile inside a mob doesn't interact

Hi,

In the past, you could summon an entity and then summon a snowball or something inside

/execute @e[score_aggro=0] ~ ~ ~ summon Snowball ~ ~1 ~

it colided. Now the snowball just fall to the ground without interacting with the entity.
