Spawn protection doesn't work for item frames, paintings and armor stands

The bug

The spawn protection (spawn-protection=16 in server.properties) will not work in all situations.

A non-op player can, by pressing the left mouse button on a item frame with, for example, a diamond sword. Both the frame and the sword will be dropped an can be picked up.

Also affects paintings.
