Problem with firing arrows with bow.

When using a bow in the 1.9 snapshot 15w33b there is a problem with the direction the arrow fires. When you aim at a mob for example and fire an arrow even if you are near the target and are facing it directly the arrow goes slightly to the left missing the target by a couple of pixels. This also occurs when using the new potion effect arrows in the game.
