Equipment tag not working

"Equipment" tag won't work, I don't know if it was removed or if it was a bug. MAJOR one command creations would have to be redone.

I know there is an "ArmorItem" and "HandItem" tag now, but plz, don't REPLACE the Equipment tag, just have another option instead of the "Equipment" tag.
