Server listings disapear when press "refresh" button

Click play on launcher > clicks multiplayer > servers don't all load (they come up as down) click refresh and they all load up > play on the server > when I leave and decide to play again I click the refresh button > the server listings for all the servers I have added have disappeared.

Bit annoyed as I had tonnes of servers on there, now cant find the IP's for them so abit ticked off about that.
