Zombies Hold Their Flesh After Dying

Summary:
When you kill a Zombie that can hold items, in a Corner it will Die But before dissapearing hold its own Flesh

What I expected to happen was...:
The Zombie to die and Leave flesh Behind

What actually happened was...:
The Zombie Died but just before he dissapeared he held rotten zombie flesh that he Dropped

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a Zombie (that can Hold Items)
2. Kill it in a corner
3. watch it as it dies
