CommandBlock Previous Output broken

The Previous Output of the commandblocks doesn't work.

1.place a commandblock
2.fill in a command (/entitydata @e[c=1] {})
3.set the previous output to O
4.(place an entity next to the commandblock)
5. run the command
6.check the outputbox
