Blocks able to be placed on dragon head snout

Blocks can be placed so that a dragon head is inside of it.
Dragon heads can be placed so their snout is inside of a block.

suggestion to fix?
-maybe make dragonhead its own class that extends a normal head?
-then make that class have something in it that makes the snout stop blocks?
