Shulker Spawning In Peaceful Difficulty Flatlands

My Game on Peaceful Mode in Minecraft Flatlands. I am On creative mode too, but since the Game is on peaceful, it should get rid of all Hostile Mobs except the Enderdragon... But here you can clearly see the Shulker still in even though I'm on peaceful.
