Chorus plant growing glitch

When I turned up the random tick speed and plant some chorus plants, They grow through the player.

I expected them to not not grow until the player got off the plant.

Instead, it grew through the player.

Turn up the rand tick speed then plant chorus flowers, sit on a branch and watch as it grows through you.
