Spectral Arrow animation drops in front of me.

Arrows should move toward where you shoot them.

Instead, it drops in front of me, but it still reaches its destination, so I can't see how close I was to the target!

1. Pull out bow and arrow
2. Fire
3. I don't know about the other arrows, but I know the spectral arrows do this.
