Resistance worn out after relogging

Tested in Single Player.
Command used :
/effect NicholasCWL minecarft:resistance 10000 25 (Bug works)
/effect NicholasCWL minecarft:resistance 100 25 (Doesn't work)

The resistance effect will worn out after player relogging if it exceed the time limit. The status can still be seen in the inventory, but not working anymore.
