[MC-85544] Equipment data tag no longer working on mobs

The equipment tag no longer exists.
Use

/summon Entity ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[0:{...},1:{...}],ArmorItems:[0:{...},1:{...},2:{...},3:{...}]}

I tried doing

/summon Skeleton ~ ~ ~ {Equipment:[{},{},{},{},{id:diamond_helmet}]}

For my map, there was no equipment.
Either the tag changed and i don't know about it or this is a bug.
