When on the edge of a chunk, looking away from adjacent chunk, it disappears.

Whenever I stand on the edge of a chunk and look away from the adjacent one, the blocks and entities in the adjacent one disappear.

What I expected to happen was...:
All blocks remained there.

What actually happened was...:
Blocks inside of the chunk vanishing whenever I look away.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stand on a block at the edge of a chunk with the adjacent chunk next to you.
2. Carefully look away until the side of your screen goes black.
3. Look back and it all reappears.
