Placing Grass Block Crashes Game

Whenever you attempt to place a Grass Block in MC 13w04a, the game suddenly crashes, and you cannot do anything at all. It does not provide an Error Log as the game suddenly Freezes when the Grass Block is placed. Attempted on Survival and Creative and the Bug Persists.
