Can't Resize Window

The window could not be resized or maximized, although it was able to be put into full screen mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Minecraft to Open in Full Screen
2. Once Minecraft Opened, Press F11 to Exit Full Screen
3. Unable to resize window after that
