If you summon a squid with
/summon Squid ~ ~3 ~ {NoAI:1b,Rotation:[0:90.0f,1:90.0f]}
the second rotation tag(1:45.0f etc.) won't affect the squid
/summon Squid ~ ~3 ~ {NoAI:1b}
