Can't place Chorus Flower

I was building a structure out of Chorus Plants and I tried to place a Chorus Flower and it appeared for a microsecond and than disappeared, never to be seen again. Reloging fixed it.

What I expected to happen was...:
To place a Chorus Flower.

What actually happened was...:
It appeared for a tick and than disappeared.

It may have been server lag but I didn't get to check because I relogged before thinking to report it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I have no idea.
2. Place a Chorus Flower
