Mobs dissapear

This bug is happening when I'm running my server that me and my friend play on. The bug causes all our cows, chickens, sheep, pigs, and villagers to disapear. I dont know much about coding but something shows up saying "failure to dublicate" or something like that. Im sure you will fix this, thanks.
