Arrows appear bright even within caves and other dark areas

What I expected to happen was...:
The arrow that I shot would appear as normal.

What actually happened was...:
When shot in dark areas, the projectile appears as if it had light shone on it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shoot any arrow from offhand slot in dark area.
