Json scripts not working! (title and tellraw)

When using 15w31c to make a new server world for my VANILLA minecraft server.

I was creating a command block that said "hub by jjws600"

The commands:
/tellraw @p "hub by jjws600"
/title @p title "hub by jjws600"

The output from the command block:

"[16:54:48] Invalid json: malformed JSON at line 1 column 2"
