REQUEST: HideParticles flag on potion effects should hide the icon in your HUD

Since the HideParticles flag hides the particles, I think it should also hide the effect icon from your HUD

How to reproduce:
Use /effect to give yourself an effect that has hidden particles. As you can see there is still an annoying icon in your screen.
