Creeper doesn't make sound when Kamakazi-ing

Creeper does not make sound of their fuse if they fall on you.

How to reproduce this bug
1. Put a Creeper on a high place (not higher than 15)
2. Go down and change your gamemode to survival
3. Creeper will jump on you, make 'hurt' sound, but not 'fuse'.
