Growing chorus plant passes though player standing on it. No suffocation.

Not entirely sure if this is a bug, or just a thing.
I planted a chorus flower and stood on it to see if it would lift me up as it grew. Instead, it passed right through me as it grew. Didn't get any suffocation damage.
