Glowing effect bug

When you hit yourself with an Spectral Arrow, you get outlined. But in the newest snapsnot, your items are not outlined, as well as the armor. I dont know if thats a fixed bug, because in the previous snapshot you coould see your (for example) sword being outlined as a texture, not as item.
