Leaf and grass blocks are different in hand and then when placed

If standing next to a OAK leaf block with it in hand, the block in hand is lighter, the same is with JUNGLE leaves, but not with the other leaves...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place oak and jungle leaves on ground.
2. Hold the blocks in hand, compare them, they're different
