Minecart with TNT can't blow up rails, or blocks if they're holding rails.

I was doing some testing with the new things on my Redstone Ready world, and I found out that if a minecart with TNT blows up, it doesn't break rails, or the blocks that are directly underneath the rails. I also tested with a regular TN block, and they work fine.
