Arrows all one colour for the tips

What I expected to happen was...:
The arrows to all have different coloured tips compared to the respective potion tip.
What actually happened was...:
All the tips were blacked out and all the same colour
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open combat tab to look at the arrows
