Tellraw, JSON, Etc.

Whenever I try to use the /tellraw, /title, etc. command (basically any command relying on JSON), it gives me this error: (see sent file).
It was working last night when I had ran it on 15w31b, and it did work today. All of a sudden, it is no longer working. Please reply asap.
