Arrows are bugged(one sec effects)

Arrow textures are black. The affects don't work as intended.(one sec effects)

What I expected to happen was my torture pit would be filled with poisoned villagers. What actually happened was my villagers escaped and didn't care even to look at me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure u are in the end.
2. have the potion effects regeneration, resistance and strength.(all 1st level and infinite.)
3. Get a infinity and unbreaking bow. Get any and all arrows.
