Potion arrows use the wrong texture

This bug is a texture bug. In this version, I noticed that ALL of the Potion arrows are black where they should be the various potion colors. This can be annoying in combat, because you have to look at the name to see which potion affect the arrow produces, and I know that the arrows are supposed to have different colors.
