Bow not working in offand slot

What I expected to happen was...: The bow would would normally in the offhand slot by a right click and hold

What actually happened was...: The bow did a "jumping movement" it disappeared as if I had lowered it, and then came back up repetetively

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a bow in your offhand slot
2. Right click and hold
3. Watch the bow dance away...
