Fishing rods with dual handling in the *Left hand* seem to be glitching

So what had happened was, when i was trying to test some dual handling tools i did the following steps.
1. put a fishing rod in your LEFT hand
2. Have your right hand empty
3.Try and fish with your left hand.

Notice how the fishing hook glitches, stays on you then disappears.
