Armor Stand Duplication Glitch in 15w31c!

I was playing on my own 15w31c Server, until I wanted to move an armor stand. I destroyed it and got 19 armor stand from ONE. The next time I destroyed it, I got 2 from one. The screenshot below shows when I got 2 from one. Please fix!
