Minecraft Arrow Not working

I was looking at the new arrows and the Water arrow had a incorrect name.

But I thought It was still A Water arrow but it could not put out fires.

The arrow was just was like a regular arrow.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go onto A Multiplayer Server.
2. Search For an Arrow in the creative inventory.
3. Look at the Water Arrow Name and Fire it with a bow
4. No effect.
