Chest in the new end cities are destroyed, drops layingon the ground

Chest doesnt have spawned but the items laying there

not just chest were missing also banners dropped on the ground

Steps to Reproduce:
1. world seed:1277829298
2.built End portal right on spawn
3.accidentally destroyed end gateway but teleported with commandblock
4.end city dungeon can be found at 2008 114 -318
